Easter Break

For the kids Easter break we went up north to visit with Tim's sister Rachel and her kids. During that time we had a huge Easter Egg hunt on their property. We stuffed plastic eggs w/candy and hard boiled eggs. We hid one name egg per kid (11 kids total) and about 40 eggs with numbers on them (each number had a prize, the name eggs had a big prize picked out for that kids specifically), plus the others were filled with candy. I beleive there were a total of over 100 eggs!! Tim, Ed (Rachel's husband), and Matt (Tim's brother) hid eggs while Rachel and I kept the kids inside and away from the windows. When the guys were done we turned them loose. The kids hunted for their name eggs and prize eggs for about 2 hours. After that they came in and we were still missing 1/2 of the name eggs and there were still prizes left! So out they went again to search! This was the best Easter ever! They were SO occupied and us adults had great fun putting it all together. Here are some pictures of the kids hunting.

The Goodies!!
