Vacation Part 1

Early in July we took a long 2 week vacation to Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa (In that order). Along the way we stopped at many friends homes and hit some fun museums, zoos and other attractions. Here are some of the pictures of our wonderful vacation. Enjoy!

Our first stop was in Bloomington Normal, IL. There we stayed with a co-worker of Tim's Cara and her husband Scott. It was a short visit, but we did have fun playing "the volcano" game with them. After the Nelson's we drove to St. Louis, MO. Once there we met up with Tim's mom and took the kids to the Magic House. It was really cool, the kids loved it!



















Next we drove to St. Charles, Mo to visit with Tim's Aunt Chloe and Uncle Doug. Cheryl was kind to offer to take the kids with her while we spent some time with Doug & Chloe.




During our visit we played Cities & Knights online, we each had a computer. Chloe took some pictures. Aren't we funny?





Our next stop was Rolla, MO where Tim's parents live. We spent about 3 nights there. It was nice to lay back a bit and just relax. While in Rolla we did have the chance to go visit Tim's grandparents and spend some "just girl" time and fishing for the boys.
